Conditions
- Purchasing an
ad doesn't guarantee position on the page on
which the advertisement is placed.
- We allow only
one property per ad. Multiple ads' discounts are
available. Contact us for pricing.
- We do not
sell links on this site. This site is designed
to generate leads for our customers. The leads
sent to Condos and Resorts are the property of
Condos and Resorts. If a lead is requesting more
information on a specific property we will
forward the lead to the representative placing
the ad or their designee. We reserve the right
to decline forwarding of leads.
- Size of the
ads are designed to give summary information to
the user of the website. The size of the ad may
vary slightly but generally will be the size and
shape on the website. However, Condos and
Resorts reserves the right to change, or modify
the ad without prior warning.
- As properties
are sold out we will, at no charge,. replace
existing customer ads with a new property. Again
there is no charge for the changes.
- A property
may only have one representative. The same ad
cannot be placed by multiple agents. This is to
determine where the leads will be forwarded.
- Condos and
Resorts reserves the right to remove an ad
without prior notification.
- By placing an
ad you are agreeing to pay a pre-negotiated
finders fee for the leads generated that result
in a sale.
- Condos and
Resorts reserves the right to decline an ad.
